Hi John We all feel that as a landlord you have been excellent, our problems or questions have always been dealt with quicker than we imagined, and even when things are broken or need sorting out at the house we are not made to feel guilty or an inconvenience. These things are what have made us decide to stay with you for next year, as compared to other friends and their landlords we feel we have definitely got the best deal! Dear John and Penny This is just an email to say thank you for being so helpful and understanding throughout the past year. You were extremely considerate of the fact that i was an international student and made it very easy for me to pay you my rent , you have been more like family figures then a landlords, from guiding us with your email's , living in this house would not have been the same without our almost daily 'tips of the day', to the box of chocolates and biscuits that would be waiting on the dining table for us when we would return from the holidays extremely homesick. Thank you for putting up with our trivial complains and for being so efficient with fixing them. The house we lived in was a of a much higher standard compared to the other campus student accommodations that i have seen. We never had drastic problems such as ceilings breaking or being forced to take cold showers in the winter. Everything was in working order and comfortable when we first moved in . Especially the sofas in the living room, they are famous amongst our friends for being the softest biggest and best sofas ever seen in a student house. Hi John Here is my last rent installment for this academic year. If I do not get another chance to say it again I would just like to express myself and stay a huge thank you to both yourself and your wife for you commitment and outstanding service you have given us as a landlord as it has been both professional an dedicated in ensuring that our stay has been comfortable. John and Penny are nice, friendly and professional landlords. They are very helpful if you have a problem and are really sweet. I regret having to leave their property and hope my next landlord will be as nice. John and Penny Morgan are excellent landlords.
